We replace the entire charging port assembly with a high-quality part so your device charges and syncs reliably again. Every repair includes a full checkup, careful installation, and resealing to help protect the phone. Most iPhone 14 Plus charging port repairs are ready within the same day you bring it in. All charging port repairs are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in parts or workmanship. Damage from liquids, accidents, or long-term wear is not included.

By booking a repair or bringing in your device to eRepair, you agree to the following service terms and conditions. At eRepair, we believe in transparency and standing behind our work. Please review our service and warranty policy before your repair is completed. Warranty Coverage – 1 Year We offer a 1-year limited warranty on most repairs, covering defective parts and workmanship only. Screen Replacements (Aftermarket, Premium, and Genuine): Covered for 1 year against defects like unresponsive touch, ghost touch, display flickering, or failure. Battery Replacements: Covered for 1 year against defects only. Natural battery wear is not covered. If your battery health drops below 80% within the first 6 months, we’ll replace it. Swelling, charging issues, or sudden shutoffs are considered defects and are covered. Charging Port, Speaker, and Other Repairs: Covered for 1 year against part failure or improper function. What’s Not Covered: Cracks, scratches, or any physical damage after repair Water or liquid exposure after repair Battery wear over time (reduced capacity due to use is normal) Tampering or opening the device after service Software-related issues Damage caused by other repair shops or third parties Devices with underlying motherboard or logic board issues Defective Part Policy: All parts are tested before and after installation. If a part fails and the device shows no signs of physical or liquid damage, we’ll replace it under warranty. Defects must be reported promptly once noticed. We may inspect the device to confirm the issue before proceeding with a warranty replacement. Turnaround Time: Most screen and battery replacements are completed the same day, often within 30–90 minutes. If a part is not in stock, we will order it and notify you once it arrives, typically within 1–2 business days. Customer Responsibility: Please back up your data. We are not responsible for data loss during repair. Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and cases before drop-off. Unclaimed devices after 30 days may be considered abandoned. We will contact you multiple times before this happens. Additional Issues & Diagnostic Policy: Electronics are complex, and sometimes issues may not be immediately visible until after a device is opened or repaired.
