Please review our service and warranty policy before your repair is completed. Warranty Coverage – 1 Year We offer a 1-year limited warranty on most repairs, covering defective parts and workmanship only. Screen Replacements (Aftermarket, Premium, and Genuine): Covered for 1 year against defects like unresponsive touch, ghost touch, display flickering, or failure. Battery Replacements: Covered for 1 year against defects only. Natural battery wear is not covered. If your battery health drops below 80% within the first 6 months, we’ll replace it. Swelling, charging issues, or sudden shutoffs are considered defects and are covered. Charging Port, Speaker, and Other Repairs: Covered for 1 year against part failure or improper function. What’s Not Covered: Cracks, scratches, or any physical damage after repair Water or liquid exposure after repair Battery wear over time (reduced capacity due to use is normal) Tampering or opening the device after service Software-related issues Damage caused by other repair shops or third parties Devices with underlying motherboard or logic board issues Defective Part Policy: All parts are tested before and after installation.
